No jargon, no hidden steps. Here's the whole thing.

1. You tell us what you want made

   A sentence, a photo, a drawing — whatever you have. Roughly how many, and where it ships. That's the whole form.

2. We price it inside 24 hours

   Unit cost at your quantity, minimum order, tooling if it needs any, lead time, freight and duties. Landed at your door, so the number you see is the number you pay.

3. You apply for membership

   Anyone can get a price; members can buy. We read every application and meet you over video before deciding — not everyone is accepted.

4. You approve the estimate

   It sits in your portal with a validity window. Accept it and it becomes an order. Decline and it closes — we won't chase you.

5. You pay by bank transfer or card

   Card for speed, ACH for size, wire for the big ones. Two lines are added at checkout and nothing else: our 1.5% convenience fee, and what Stripe charges to move the money, passed on at cost. Bank transfer costs a fraction of what a card does, and you see both totals before you choose. Nothing moves until funds actually clear.

6. 24 hours of manufacturer review

   Every paid order is checked against its specs before production starts. It's a hard stop in our system, not a promise — your last window to change something or stop entirely.

7. We build it and ship it

   You watch it move from your portal: approved, in production, shipped, with carrier and tracking.

8. Then you reorder in two clicks

   Anything we've made for you lands in your private catalogue at your agreed price. No re-quoting, ever. This is the part we're actually optimising for.
